Collecting personal information
Client information: In order to supply our products and services, we will ask you for certain information. This includes you and your child's personal details, i.e. name, email address, telephone number, your child’s name, date of birth and educational background. We will only collect payment information over a secure connection.
Tutor information: We will ask tutors for personal information in order to process their application and to make payments for any work carried out through Tutors Valley. This includes: name, telephone number, email address, academic qualifications, details of tutoring and teaching experience, DBS clearance, and bank details.
Visitor tracking information: We use Google Analytics to track your visit on the Tutors Valley website. This includes but is not limited to visitor numbers, length of time on the site, visitor location, any 3rd party website that you came to our site from or any 3rd party website that you went to from the Tutors Valley website.
What do we do with the information we collect?
Your data may be used without limitation for the following:

We will only use your information for the purposes that you would reasonably anticipate or that we state when we collect it and, where necessary, for which you have given us your consent. We will not contact you, or pass your information to any other business. Tutors Valley is committed to treating your personal data with due care and in accordance with the data protection principles. We will never pass your details to third parties for marketing purposes.
If you communicate with us by email over the Internet you should be aware that the nature of the Internet is such that unencrypted communication may not be secure and may pass through several different countries on route to us. Please do not email us with confidential or sensitive information such as your credit card details.
