Lauran Hampshire Dell is a tutor currently training in secondary English teaching qualification who is confident, motivating and love working in education.

English Teacher: Christ's College, Guildford. I currently teach both KS3 and KS4 English. I have devised my own lessons based around the curriculum . 150 hour TEFL qualification including 30 hours 'Teaching Young Learners' short course. This course included a 20 hour practical teaching module. Present Employment: Christ's College, Guildford. September 2015 – August 2016. I began as a TA at this local secondary school but quickly they realised my ability to work well with groups. In November 2015, the school offered me a position as an Unqualified English Teacher. I have been accepted onto the George Abbot SCITT Programme from Sept 2016 where I will gain QTS whilst working at Christ's College.
