About Tutor

My approach to teaching is very holistic and flexible - I aim to keep each lesson incredibly personal to each individual based on how they respond to certain exercises and abilities in specific areas of the vocal pedagogy. Having studied the voice not only aurally but anatomically to attain a First Class Honors BA(Hons) in Music Industry Practise; Vocals, at the Academy of Contemporary Music, I believe it is essential that all singers, beginner or expert, have a deeper understanding of how exactly their individual sound is produced. Lessons will encourage an expanse of range, confidence, and vocal stamina, whilst also focusing on areas such as intrinsic muscular balance, laryngeal placement, and deep attention to excessive tension when singing.
