I'm a fully qualified secondary school teacher with 5-10 years classroom experience and a proven track record of success. I have experience teaching GCSE and AS level courses in a few different subjects, including Maths, English, Spanish, IT and Business Studies. I enjoy helping younger learners develop vital study skills, helping them build confidence and a foundation for their future learning. I can work alongside your school or college curriculum to help you achieve a higher-than-predicted grade for GCSE. I have a particular specialism working with learners who have special needs, re-engaging and helping them fill any gaps in their learning. I have lots of patience with learners who find their subjects difficult and I always explain things in a child-friendly way. I am a calm and cheerful person. Apart from being a mum with teenagers, my hobbies include gardening, yoga and travel.
