With 7 years of experience in education, I began my career as a Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT) in an inner-city secondary school, where I quickly progressed to positions of responsibility including Head of Year and Literacy Lead. During my time in the classroom, I consistently achieved top Progress 8 scores in the school, reflecting strong student progress and attainment. I currently work as a private tutor, delivering tailored Maths and English support to students from Key Stage 1 through to GCSE level. I also tutor Science and Geography at the primary level, supporting 6 to 8 students each week. In addition to subject tutoring, I recently completed a TEFL qualification and have begun teaching English as a Second Language (ESL) to both children and adults online.
