Experience
Since 2021, I have had the privilege of teaching and tutoring students with a wide range of abilities, both in the UK and internationally. These experiences have not only deepened my subject knowledge but also strengthened my ability to adapt my teaching style to suit different learners and curriculums. My students often describe their learning journey with me as motivating, moulding, and inspiring. I place a strong emphasis on results, but I also believe that learning should be engaging and empowering. Whether through research-led approaches, interactive discussions, or lab-based activities, I strive to make Chemistry both accessible and impactful. Beyond subject knowledge, I bring key qualities such as leadership, active listening, and attention to detail into my teaching practice. For me, creating a structured yet supportive learning environment is essential. I ensure expectations are clear, while also encouraging curiosity, collaboration, and creativity. In my current role, I have led initiatives to strengthen teamwork among staff, which directly enhanced classroom outcomes. This experience showed me the value of collaboration in education—not only among teachers but also between teacher and student.
